The container module consists of a full process set up for easy plug and play operation. Connect to power supply and a feed pipe and the nodule is ready to process the dirty slurry. The feed will enter into a feed tank that uses a positive displacement pump to feed the decanter, which then separates the solids from the liquid with up to 98% recovery rate. The solids will drop out on the side, which can then be collected with a big bag or skid system. The cleaned liquid will drop into a second tank and can either be recirculated into the drill system again or be recirculated back to the decanter for additional cleaning. The container has a tank system with radial eductors to make sure the slurry in the tank is homogenous and doesn’t settle in the tank.
